Banff & Lake Louise

Even though it’s a little chilly, we are enjoying the beautiful Canadian Rockies.  Unfortunately, pictures can’t really do them justice.  We drove through Calgary yesterday and arrived at Lake Louise as the “Victoria Day” crowd was leaving! It looked kinda like the pictures you see of people fleeing the 

Hurricanes! 😳 But, found a campsite and discovered that our tv had fallen off the wall and our spare tire bracket had popped one of its bolts! We didn’t think we were off-roading that long! 😉

So, life on the road continues to have its ups and downs! Mostly ups so far.  We’re headed west tomorrow; will visit the Icefields around Jasper and then on towards Prince George.     

SAW A BEAR TODAY! We’re pretty sure it was a Brown Bear! It was big and hungry.........
